Article about national market trend puts the worst possible spin on the Hawaii data. Dizzy yet?

What they don't tell you is that the number of sales increased from June 2008 to July 2008 for both condos and single family homes in Hawaii. No, I did not stutter-the most current data showed an increase in sales. After hearing the doom and gloom that the media has been churning out for the past year, this may be shocking - but it's true.
