Supply drives the market here, and with inveotry at a 3 year low, it's almost guaranteed that prices have to rise as a result. i've had several buyers of oahu real estate have a hard time finding anything to buy out there. i've even seen multiple offers on some homes, and anything priced well is sold quickly!
